As a wife, mother, and professional, Mandi’s struggle to find balance in her own life inspired her to launch Abundant Living to help women like herself. A former school counselor and clinical supervisor, Mandi has a BS in Psychology from Georgia State University, a Masters degree in Counselor Education from Georgia Southern University, and an Educational Specialist degree in Counselor Education from the University of Alabama. She loves working with women who struggle to find balance, women who think they have to do it all, and women who compare themselves to others, with practice specialties including anxiety, depression, stress management, and self confidence. Mandi's approach to therapy is very client-centered, allowing the client to lead the way and understanding that the client knows herself best of all. Within that framework, she draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) techniques and ideas...and she might even get into some psychodynamic work and ask about your mother, if appropriate!

Jade received her MA from Richmont Graduate University and has specialized training in family systems and trauma counseling.
